Welcome, I'm Selene, Editor-In-Chief of the Psychic Times Newsletter. Each month, in this column, I'll be giving you the highlight's of the issue and sharing some personal thoughts. Please read on...

Dear Readers,

Hello! Happy New Year to you! It's Christmas Eve as I finish up this month's articles; we all witnessed a miracle today for a father and son who were reunited after being separated for 5 long years. The saga endured by Sean and David Goldman has been watched by the world and the fact that they were reunited on Christmas is a heartwarming and encouraging outcome for what has been an ordeal for everyone involved. The story speaks of the resiliency of the human spirit, the love of a father for his son that made him refuse to give up and really about the benefits of perseverance when you know that what you are fighting for in life is the right thing. We feel hopeful and optimistic hearing about this positive outcome and wish all the best for their family as they adjust to their happy and surreal new situation. No doubt there will be a book and possibly a movie about their story, particularly with the happy ending right at Christmas. It is wonderful that things turned out this way at long last.

There is so much going on these days and 2010 promises to be a year of change and acceleration. Be sure to read this month's Eye-Opener column 2010-A Glimpse into the Future. I invited our readers on Psychic Access to send me their predictions, thoughts and insights into what the New Year will bring to us. I was thrilled to receive contributions from Salome, Miss Peg, Dee, Rev. Kore and Lady Kathryn. What an extraordinary month this has been for me! On our first full day here in Florida, our friend saw dolphins out in the ocean at the beach out in front of where we stay in Lauderdale by the Sea. Of course we thought it must be whitecaps or an illusion not dolphins, so we went to get our binoculars, and sure enough, there they were. We watched them for close to an hour off in the distance jumping and playing; most likely they were so close to shore because they were following a school of fish. We were told they don't come that close in unless it is for food. It was an awesome sight even if we did need binoculars; we saw them again this past weekend and felt very blessed to have this experience twice. Our friend had never been to Florida so we did some sightseeing and took a couple of day trips during the week she spent with us. I found a fabulous deal online for a day trip on a small cruise ship to the Bahamas, so off we went, it was a very long day but well worth the time if you haven't been there before, the islands are beautiful and the weather was perfect while we were in Freeport. We went to the Port Lucaya Marketplace, had lunch and took a walk on the beautiful beach at the hotel across the street. While we were walking on the beach, we saw another incredible sight! Six stingrays swam very close to the shore, we got some great pictures but I sure was glad I wasn't in the water when we saw them swim up. I would probably still be in shock. I know they are not sharks but I never forgot Jaws, and I know I would have been scared to death if I'd been in the water. I know I've had past lives in Atlantis and was a Mermaid too but I've also seen a clear vision of walking the plank as a pirate in a past life regression too, so although I have a love for the water, there is also some fear associated with it and of drowning too. I used to have major fear of open water but seem to have gotten over a lot of that by spending as much time as I can on and by the sea.

The next day we drove across the Everglades to Sanibel Island and gathered shells on this beautiful barrier reef island. Be careful about the seagulls if you ever go there, Martin got swarmed and nearly attacked by them when he was eating a sandwich on the beach. One very large and bold seagull snatched the sandwich right out of his hand, interestingly enough it was turkey but that did not bother the seagull one bit, off he flew much to Martin's consternation. I have to admit, that was pretty funny! We watched the sunset over at Fort Myers Beach, there is a charming pier and it is a magical experience watching the sunset over the Gulf when you saw the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean.

We've had a great time here, living at the beach. It has been hard for me not living near the ocean for so long, I grew up less than 3 miles from the Pacific Ocean and it wasn't easy adapting to living inland. Of course, where we live in Northern California is quite beautiful but we don't like the rain and cold and quite frankly have turned into wannabe snowbirds. We were here in South Florida last week when there was so much rain and flooding, as soon as it stopped last Friday we went over to the beach and watched the surfers all pile into the water. It reminded me of being at Huntington Beach Pier when I was a kid. I was particularly proud of the lone girl surfing in her bikini when all the guys had wetsuits on! She was a serious surfer! This same storm turned into the Great Blizzard of 2009 that virtually froze the North East and shut down transportation on the busy pre-holiday weekend. There were a few cold days but it's still been wonderful walking on the beach every day, I love spending the Winter Solstice here. All I want for Christmas is a sunny day and not too much wind so we can enjoy our last day here at the enchanting Lauderdale by the Sea. Whatever you did for the holidays, I hope it has been a wonderful season for you!

Each month, our editor, Selene, will contribute an informative article on a thought provoking topic. Happy New Year to you! Here we are in 2010, it is just a bit hard to believe isn't it? So, how do we say what year it is now? The news media seems to be saying it is "20" 10, when "2000" 9 just ended. Should we still say "2000" 10, or is that now a "dated" expression? Whatever you may wish to call it, the past decade has seemed to just fly by and it has not been an easy one. Just as in birth there is a quickening and acceleration in the phase of labor known as Transition, just before the crowning, we seem to be there right now. At least that is what it feels like to me, getting ready for new life or a new phase of our lives and even though producing it could hurt it is still an event we look forward to with anticipation. We looked into the significance of the Lunar Eclipse and Blue Moon on New Year's Eve in December's column and know we are on the brink of great changes to come in this New Year.

Each year does seem to have a theme and to me 2010 is about re-structuring and re-building as we progress further into Pluto's transit in Capricorn. We have seen the changes in the economy, government, our way of life and know that we have to continue to adapt, to navigate through the changes to come. I will keep you updated on each month's planetary activity in my Horoscope column as always. We do have some heavy transits coming up this year that will surely have an impact on what occurs during 2010. Some of my insights about this are: Although some of the things we see coming in the New Year will be major adjustments, there will be a lot of progress and I do feel the economy will improve. The unemployment rates will drop by the summer months and we will feel we are on the road to recovery, even though it will still be a long road. People will take the environment and our impact upon it more seriously. I could go on but you will be hearing a lot from me throughhout 2010, each month I share an abundance of my thoughts and perceptions with you, our readers. For January's Eye-Opener, I wanted to offer something different. I invited my colleagues on Psychic Access to join us by sharing some of their predictions, feelings, thoughts and visions about 2010. I was thrilled to hear back from 5 of our talented readers who graciously contributed their insight in to what they feel about such subjects as the economy, public safety and security, health care issues and concerns such as epidemics, the climate, politics, celebrities, scientific advancement, spiritual growth, and the theme for this year, etc. I left the subjects open to them and asked that they share the information they were guided to enlighten us with. I really appreciate each of them taking the time to participate, if you resonate to the information shared, keep in mind they are all available for private sessions on Psychic Access, and would be happy to share what they see for you personally in 2010.

1. The LHC (Lucerne Hadron Collider) is up and running. 2010 will find the energy it creates dissolving veils that have dimmed human perception. Inter-Galactic activity/beings also have a hand in this along with world scientists. But for now, most on Earth will not realize this. Just know the veils of perception are thinning.
2. There will be stirrings of methane seepage, plus volcanic activity, from deep inside the ocean. I keep seeing the Marianas Trench in my visions, next to it there will be increasing activity and a building up of land mass beginning to show. I also keep hearing the word Lemuria over and over. Study about Lemuria/MU if you have the inclination.
3. Rumors of technology will come to light that soon we humans will be able to hear nature speak in our own human languages. When it does come, most will be taken aback when they hear what nature really has to say to us.
4. There will be two, possibly three worldwide news organizations coming online during 2010 that will reach all countries. They will broadcast in real-time. This will make it harder and harder for people to be swayed back and forth as they listen to news after the fact. The technology is already available now, but these organizations will hook up the world to everyone's benefit. This is humanity's desire for truth being made manifest.
5. Real-time war technology and experiences and will be incorporated into games. People everywhere will be able to see, hear and smell war and death, if they choose.

H1N1~ I feel that the flu season in 2010 will prove to be the most severe. I have "seen" schools close and a need to stay in our homes with stocks of supplies in late 2010-early 2011. The way they corral the human race is a farce, and this year (2009) was NEVER the year for fear. It's still coming.

Govt. ~ I see the fast decline of "old" politics and the new way of doing things begin to rear its head in 2010. In April there is an uprising of change all mandated and not by choice. The changes have a lot to do with freedoms shifting and people not seeing it as a bad thing. They tout it as safety measures to keep us all free of crime....monitoring everything we do with cameras and video....the politics of it all is simple. The change has already taken place and will be handed to us all like a snack at lunch time, with no choice in the matter for it's already a done deal. Those who don't follow along will be dealt with.

Spiritualism~ I have known, as has most every other psychic out there, that DNA shifting is occurring more rapidly now. Going to sleep and processing our shift during the night is getting faster and happening more frequently. Those not listening to the call will become unhappy at first, then scared, and then dangerous. For when the earth changes begin to really show themselves, those not in tune will live in a fear that is immeasurable. We that hold the light up and hold it strong in our core center can only help those that will listen. My concern is for those of us who get caught, stuck in the bottle neck, trying to help those that fear the change is real. Be aware that this can be someone you don't know as well as a family member.

Newmero~ the new money is coming in and I feel the knowledge of the change happens in 2010. It is the dissolving of the North American borders that has already occurred that people don't see. As the awakening begins for one, it begins for all. No matter who they are, and there is a line in the sand....good and evil. Period. The age old battle of wills. That indeed, if we could all come together as one just once, from science to religion, see the truth, the power created could stop this shaking....but that is not destined to happen this time.

Technology~ this is the seven headed monster in Revelations...not that I put much store in the bible, but I do know this, there is a bit of truth in EVERYTHING and that is to include this book. At the end of the book, the seven heads of the monster....seven continents, how do we have connection to them all.....across thousands of miles of oceans.....computers, cell phones, technology. They turn it all, they will turn it off....it is the monitoring system of the world, in its entirety. The internet is the seven headed monster spoken of by the book. Watch and see.

Let's move on now to hear the perspective of one of our most down to Earth, tell it like it is readers:

Dee:

The big celebrity topic right now is Tiger Woods, yes his wife beat him up and this case is not over with yet because it will be about money. Yes they will find out the truth about what really happened that night but we will not know because Tiger Woods does not want his wife to go to jail. They will talk to their closest neighbor to get help from them not telling the truth about the accident so people will be in mystery about what happened.

There will be more scandal and more details about his affairs that will be revealed in the months to come. Their divorce will happen quickly but the settlement will take a long time to work out. Tiger Woods' wife will pay a fine but no jail regarding this incident because they will pay good money to the attorneys and the case about the accident will be closed. The other drama in their lives will continue throughout 2010.

President Obama will be blamed for a lot of things going wrong in office even though we know it's not true. I feel he will snap at one of the politicians and it will turn ugly because he needs his rest, he will apologize to the public but it will be a joke. He needs to rest because I feel if he doesn't he will be made to by a slight heart attack.

George HW Bush Sr. will be hospitalized for a length of time due to his health condition in June.

Saran Palin in September will come out with her own reality show with her family; it will not be a talk show but a reality show.

You will see more psychic stories/events in 2010 on TV. Sylvia Browne will feel threatened by the new psychics that are coming out with their true predictions, this will happen in March 2010. She will see her rating as a psychic going downhill and you will hear negative talk about her everywhere.

Psychic lines will get boosted again in the beginning of the year but will slow down in October of 2010. Psychic Access is the best psychic line to work for they pay you on time and Doug is very professional in his business.

2010: Adding up the numbers we get the number three, Empress Card in the Tarot deck. Could this be another "Year of the Woman"? It seems from my predictions that the Empress, who is in essence Mother Nature herself, will be reminding us with a small disaster that we need to take better care of our planet. The Empress is not unlike Mary, Kwan Yin, or Isis- all mothers, all creatrixes. 2010 promises to be a year of new creations; your own personal inspiration, rivaling those of the past 5 years. This year focus on moving onward, staying stuck is not an option. 2010 is the year to heal and evolve!

A small mass of land in the tropics will be consumed with water due to drastic weather. This event will heat up the global warming issue. Being "Green" (environmentally aware) will be more popular than ever.

The general public has been learning about health care, prescription drugs and mental health. I see in 2010 more people will be turning to alternative health care, saying "no" to drugs and "yes" to homeopathic remedies. Many more fly-by-night products will arise suddenly to fill the new demanding fad.

In 2010 there will be an amazing scientific breakthrough, a new invention that revolutionizes the way we travel or communicate. This discovery is sure to be in Time magazine.

I see good times and bad times ahead financially, like a roller coaster. I advise you take care of your own material wellbeing, and let others do the same for themselves. The financial crunch is designed by something more intelligent than us, something trying to teach us about value and love. If you can learn the lesson you will no longer have need to worry. Remember we cannot learn lessons for others, or necessarily teach the unwilling, so focus on yourself!

A new year, a mark of passage of time. Instead of looking into our future, I like to remember our future. Yes we are completely capable of remembering. For every cell of our bodies has complete recollection and memory of who you are and who you are to become. A complete library stored within each particle of creation. Are you humble enough, are you clear enough; can you respect enough to gain access to the knowledge? All you need to do is ask.

We are all now in the throes of shifting into higher consciousness; whether we are aware of it or not. No one is exempt from shifting. Because spiritually and energetically we are all connected at our core like the roots of the aspen grove, we all are experiencing the ascension process making decisions and plans together from our highest soul levels. At the moment many of the planets are experiencing separation. Our level of consciousness is now much higher and no longer matches the lower level of consciousness that created the world that we live in. There is a massive mis-match of frequencies and this is causing a great discomfort in relationships. Marriages, extended families, children, co-workers, and friends are all affected. If you are accepting your shifting and allowing yourself to go through the shifts you will find yourself being left, or let go. This is creating even more of a sense of separation and the feeling that you don't belong and the sense that there is no place for you. Be aware that not everyone is going to be able to handle these shifts, so I see more of an exit off the planet. More and more people will be choosing to go out through death. I see many suicides, many accidents and death to natural causes. Stay out of judgment if you have loved ones cross over. Let them go, and know that they are still very close. They still have to go through the ascension process, but know that you will be stronger and closer to fulfilling your higher purpose if you choose to stay on the earth and experience this shift in the flesh.

In the year 2010 there will be four major shifts of consciousness and nine minor ones. The first major one is mid January, and is related to relationships. Hard core this one is, you are really going to have to make some decisions about where you want to be and who you want to really be with. Know that you are shifting out of the old patterns of what relationships used to be, and now it is time to create anew. Allow yourself to grieve, feel the sadness of the change, but do not stay there! You must let go and move on.

The second shift feels to be towards the end of March. This one looks to have turmoil written all over it for the mass consciousness. Yikes! The advice here is to disconnect! Turn off your televisions and put down your papers. Look within and find the calmness and peace.

The third shift I feel is the end of May into the first part of June. Families seem to be the focus here in this shift. Find forgiveness and understanding. Let go if need be, but do it in love. This one is a toughie. Because families seem like they can hurt you to your very core. Be in gratitude for them, forgive them and yourself, and most of all love them!

We have a small reprieve, although there will be several of those little shifts, but the next biggie is the first part of September. This one is all about self. The more you let go of the old you, and welcome the new, the happier you will be. This ascension process is different than the mental knowing, it is deep within us, allow the authentic self to arrive in all your magnificence.

Know that if you continue to let go and clear and clean yourself of the old on a daily basis, then allowing the new even though you don't know what it is, then going through these shifts is a bit easier, although it will not feel like it. Stop fighting it, and flow through the ascension process with grace and ease. (Yes, laugh with me on that one!) Remember you are connected with the oneness of truth and love, allow yourself to be drawn and align with those that are aware. Focus within, disconnect from turmoil and stay connected in joy.

Miss Peg: I have been at Psychic Access four years in April of 2010. I have worked on this site for a long time! Throughout the years, I made choices to check out working for other sites. And I mean ALOT of other sites. I must admit, that was a mistake for me. The internet is full of places where people can go for readings, and at those places, there is no one truly manning the process of who gets to hang out their shingle. I work most days, except Sunday, most of the time. I clock in through video chat in the mornings and unless I have to leave, I'm there all day. This is my favorite site to be on too!

Selene: So, aside from having a long list of clients who consult you regularly, you also have another very important job at Psychic Access. Please tell us more about this position and your duties.

Miss Peg: The site is owned and run by a by a man with whom I have worked diligently with to gain his trust. I want to be associated with truly gifted people who care about the quality of life of those they read for. I voiced this opinion on many occasions, I am sure he will vouch for that. ~smiling~ I am one of this sites most ardent supporters, and then too, also the owner. After two years, he took that chance that I say what I mean and I mean what I say, and graciously gave me the job of screening and hiring those folks who will get the chance to join our Psychic Access Family Team.

We receive applications from around the world, this of course, now due to the fact that we are in ALL 197 countries that make up this world. These applications come in from men and women, of all types and ability. The process is simple, yet in depth. First contact is made, and this is usually where people are surprised off the bat, for it's not weeks before they hear back from someone, as with other sites. Appointments are promptly made for the interview. The interview is then met and I go over our site's attributes, that list is long, then the question and answer period, and then the test reading.

Selene: You personally screen everyone who applies to read on Psychic Access? That is very reassuring for our clients; do you run a background check along with testing the readers? Please tell us more about the criteria for being hired, and what percentage of applicants is actually offered a position?

Miss Peg: Yes, I personally screen everyone applying to our site. There is a standard by which our site operates, and that means that no one comes on board without being tested and spoken too. No such thing as filling out the profile with us and then just clicking on the button to take calls. We offer a wide variety of Psychic abilities and it takes time and diligence to make sure we maintain that fine balance of truth and honor.

The applications are in depth, with qualifications and experience questions to fill out. We require the felony convictions question to be answered, for indeed, the background check is something Psychic Access does.

I am a Psychic Medium/Channel with Remote Viewing abilities. The testing process for ALL psychics applying to our site is tough. I ask a ton of questions, right down to the name of the deck they use should they throw the tarot. People are usually very nervous during this time, but I have chatted with them for a few minutes explaining the wonderful Back Office admin site and the fact that our pay checks are NEVER late....these things seem to settle the nerves a bit.

On average, I would say only that the percentage for hire is strict....one out of every ten applicants. And believe me, there's a lot of work going into the process....on the down side of that....~she shrugs her shoulders~ I get a lot of hate mail. This only serves to convince me I was right in not hiring them in the first place. Our site does not cotton to the casting of spells, feeding off the negative fear and worry of the Querent, or scare tactics to get them to call back. So when the letters come in telling me I am cursed and damned to hell for not hiring them, I only smile and thank my Guides for I know that person is not getting the chance to hurt one of our site's clients.

Honestly Selene, it may seem a bit harsh, but we are truly a part of an amazing team. A shift and change in the consciousness is upon us, and I want to know I am a part of a greater whole working together to show those who can't "see" as we do, the light and path they should follow. And as the International Hiring Manager for Psychic Access, I have the privilege of making that so for our site.

Selene: How do you determine who fits in and what sort of readings will be appealing to our clients? What are you looking for ethically? Do you ever feel you are too selective?

Miss Peg: The determining factor, do you want the truth, the real truth is this. When an applicant shows NO NEED for prompts, and they have no fear in setting my energy strait, and they are brave and bold in their own energy, I sense this. I know my energy can be daunting, and my tone and forthright attitude a bit overwhelming. When someone sees through this to the truth of one's heart, no matter the reason, the cause, then I know. They have the rare and amazing gifts that befit being a member of our team, our family. The man that runs and owns this site is a believer, he believes in us. This is not a site corralled by a huge corporation, set to control the monopoly on psychic readings. When my guides show to me in an applicant, the ability to "see" beyond worry doubt and fear, I know they are Psychic Access material.

Too selective.....well, as I mentioned earlier, I feel strongly that this site is the site to work for. I don't just say that to be nice, my integrity denotes my honesty here. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that when a client comes to Psychic Access for a reading, opens up their true heart and is genuinely looking for help, guidance, and even answers; that they are going to get that from one of our people. SO when I think of the big picture; that is what I am looking for, to work for a place where my associations to other psychics are solid in my belief for truth and honesty. Psychic Access is that place and I love being able to play a part in that mix.

Selene: That is a big responsibility! I must say that we have a very talented group on our roster these days, good job! How is it for you working so closely with Doug? What is your vision of Psychic Access in the future?

Miss Peg: Thank you Selene....I'm sure you, as well as our readers, can tell by my words that I truly love this site.

Doug is an amazing man with vision and the ability to make that vision a reality. The man never stops improving the quality of our site for clients and readers alike. I mention to him I want descending client lists, and POOF! It's there. I work closely with Doug on many things, I will say this much, on top of everything else he does for our site, from customer service to technical support, I must tell you, he gives me carte blanche with my position. It means a lot to me to have his trust and faith.

The future is bright my dear, and we, the psychics at Psychic Access work for a man with vision and purpose. He believes in us, do you know how rare that is? It is very rare to work on the internet, and KNOW the man behind the scenes, to know who is signing the checks given to you. As I said earlier, I have worked at so many places....most of them owned by corporations, and most assuredly not people who believe in the truth and honor it takes to care for the psychics who work for them. Selene: When did you first realize you had psychic abilities? How did your family help you to accept and embrace your gifts?

Miss Peg: Ah, good questions....I was ten or so, when I first remember knowing....but long before that my maternal grandmother was showing me things....she knew, she believed. Unfortunately, she passed on my 13th birthday. And her daughter, my mother, although also gifted, didn't want to be who she was. She reneged on her psychic contract and did all she could to get me to give up on my gifts too. In truth, these are not pleasant memories. I am working closely with my guides to remove that energy from my thoughts; it's a work in progress.

Selene: Did you have any formal training or education as a reader or counselor? Do you use divination tools in your readings?

Miss Peg: Formal training, well, no. I have studied for years, in many things from numerology to astrology. I have taken classes and courses in the metaphysical world, from EFT training to mastering the Orb of Life. I have studied and taken my ministerial test and have that certificate in my name. So in truth, I am Rev. Peggi. I have taken many tests for psychic ability. Some of my scores are actually in my Psychic Access profile.

Many moons ago I used tarot cards....for me though, a personal choice, I never felt comfortable. In late summer 2006, I heard in meditation that I was to put the cards down. I was worried for sure. I did listen however, and in literally a week, I knew they were just that, a tool. For the energy opened and flowed thru me as it still does today. So, for me, they were a catalyst and only that.

Selene: Please tell us more about your study of numerology and how that information helps you understand your clients and their life lessons.

Miss Peg: I believe that life, in its entirety, from the beginning of time, is all about numbers. It is the only truth out there. Funny, how metaphysically they mean one thing and to Science another. My point though is simple....there is a reality that cannot be questioned with numbers. They have each a meaning, and when you take the Querents whole birthday and add it up, there is a meaning that cannot be denied. People are amazed at how it works.

Selene: I understand you specialize in working with women to help them live up to their potential and make choices in their lives that will help create their highest future. Why did you choose this path and how is it that you help people in this way?

Miss Peg: As I said earlier, my mother was not the most kind of all mothers. I have learned that this was my choice. I chose this woman as my mother, as I did the father. This I believe is everyone's truth. WE choose the parents we come to. I am 44 years old and am just coming to understand the why of it. As I then look at my children, and accept that that is their truth; I know in my heart I have to make the necessary changes to make a better place for them. That to have an inner balance and peace with self is what I need and they deserve in their mother. This then brings me to the populace as a whole....it is a feminine energy out there my dears, that will save and balance out what's to come.

So when women come to me for psychic readings, it's just not the future I want them to pay attention to. It's who they are from within. What they think, feel, want need or desire....mixed in with their fear doubt and worry. We are all energy, what we put out is what comes back to us. If you then are resonating pain and fear, anger or resentment, you will never find happiness. To help the mothers, the up and coming mothers, and even the fathers to see that these children chose them, for a grand purpose is my goal. Life IS NOT death and taxes....it is ever so much more. And the root of all life is MOTHER. So that is where I want to be, on the edge of that place helping to guide women to healthy love and life.

Selene: Please tell us more about your work with the special children who have come to the planet in recent years. How can you help them and their parents to understand their gifts and challenges?

Miss Peg: There are two in my own home. I have never in my all of life this time met anyone such as these two people. And around me, around us all, they are coming to us to help us see and understand. It is our choice as spirit to come into the human body with an ability to communicate the knowledge of the universe. Then we grow and it's taken from us, as if only a memory. It is my belief that the children coming in now CAN communicate with us. They are wiser and more far reaching than we are now. So to listen to their vibration, to look where their eyes look, to not force them to eat meat, to stop thinking as human parents think, this is what they want from us. They are here to show us the way, not the other way around.

Selene: We would love to hear more about your perspective on the shift that is taking place. Please share your insight about the ascension that is occurring and how it affects people in their daily lives.

Miss Peg: Everyone has heard...We are spiritual beings CHOOSING to exist in the human body, not the other way around....right. Then if you believe in this, and I do, there is a set of energy beliefs that come with that. And it is simply about DNA....well, silly me, DNA is not simple. I do know, however, that it must shift....grow if you will, which is where most psychics reside, in a higher vibrational energy zone of different DNA. Which is why you will see them suffer more adrenally and also in personal situations. Human restrictions stop the flow of energy, to think that this is all we are and then dust is silly. And I mean silly, not to offend anyone, but for goodness sake, it's time to truly look into the eyes of the future....and my dears, the eyes in the mirror is what I mean. All of us, ALL OF US are going thru this shift. Do you have a hard time sleeping? Are your eyes weeping constantly, eating habits changing, or tolerance shifting? And then too, are there people around you are who dropping off the friendship list and old pals are coming back in? This is all because it is time to gather with those on your team, on your contract list. The shift is occurring and that is true. This isn't War of the Worlds in the fifties, people are more aware than ever before. Stay away from all forms of news...it is a media machine control thing, to convince you not to pay attention to the shift...this IS NOT 1999 and the millennium, from the inside out, we are all changing.

Selene: How does one find their life's purpose? What is your advice and guidance for those who want to bring more of a spiritual connection and understanding into their lives?

Miss Peg: From within, and mind you, no course study, no magick spell, no full moon, or dancing in the rain will do this for you. Our minds over think us when we allow overload to occur. TO quiet the mind and energy is a tough thing to do in big cities. It's the simple things, such as burning white candles while you bathe, speaking out loud to your guides, knowing that nothing is coincidence… Synchronicity is the key...let it flow thru you. Allowing yourself to believe in the things you cannot see, hear or touch is the beginning. Separatism is the way of the world, and it is my belief that comes through many forms of religion and political views....getting beyond that is the answer. Rise above and look down at what I mean.

Selene: You are a Pisces and an old soul. Do you feel you have done this work in past lives? Has your past life knowledge helped you to become such a powerful reader?

Miss Peg: I do believe this....an old soul, wise for many eons....LOL, makes me wonder why I still get things wrong....ah perhaps, that is the human in me! I have come across many soul mates from other lives....and I do believe that's how it helps me....to know that I am right.

Selene: How can you help someone decide whether the relationship they are in or want to be in is their best interest? How do you help someone get over a relationship that they need to let go of?

Miss Peg: It's not about coercion that's for sure. It's about using the wisdom of my ages, of lives lived, about saying the things they need to hear Selene, and for sure, not what they want to hear in most cases. The way I help is honesty, I do not sugar coat things and I do not push. It is up to them on the "when" and "if". I am there to show a different side of things, maybe a different ending, and always a chance for new beginnings.

Selene: What are your professional plans for 2010? Do you intend to branch out with your work in some way?

Miss Peg: It is time for MsPeg to get out into the public. I know 2010 will bring to me a face to face clientele. I am nervous a bit, for the safety of home and phone readings is changing. Time to get out and let them see my eyes and know that what I say is true. 2010 brings a big change for me professionally for sure.

Selene: So you are working on a book? We would love to hear more about that! How do you find time to work on it when you are so busy with your career and family?

Miss Peg: I am hoping to have it done in the spring, it's a book of spirituality and truth for the everyday woman....and that's exactly my point, how to get it all done and still have time to trust in your own instincts....this is also why it's time to get out into the public and let my voice be heard. I am looking forward to the book being finished.

Selene: You have had some health challenges in the past, are you feeling better now?

Miss Peg: Yes, it's been a long road with my health, having a baby at 42 was tough. My health and the altitude in CO don't seem to get along, although a Psychic I hired, Lady Kathryn, did an energy working for me during the hiring process, and this amazing energy work has done me well. I am feeling better and truly know I am to stay here.

Selene: Please tell us more about your children. Do they share your talents and abilities?

Miss Peg: My daughter is ten and she is gifted, severely sensitive and insightful. A quiet little Piscean rabbit energy, she is wise and kind. She loves school, for now, but I feel may not want to be a part of the change that's coming, we will see.

My son is two, a demanding little Virgo, he is very intelligent and into learning, doing the 'Baby Can Read' program every day. He is very gifted and I believe he is a healer....such a strong energy he is.

My kids are my world, and this is my destiny, to be their mother in this lifetime. I lost 11 pregnancies this time around. Jo is my 8th and Tristan is my 13th. I take this job seriously and know in my core that these two chose me to care for and guide them into their next levels.

Selene: How long have you lived in Denver? Where are you from originally? If you could live anywhere, where would that be?

Miss Peg: I am originally from northern MN and have been around the world....I settled in Denver in 2007. I feel the comfort of being here finally settling in my bones and I feel I will stay planted here for good. I am a nomad from another life I just know it. But my little bunny rabbit Jo needs the stability of the same home, and family close by. That is her comfort zone. Home for these two is me....and that must be safe, happy and good. This is what I strive for everyday.

Selene: We have come to the part that is unscripted. What else would you like us to know about you or to share?

Miss Peg: Remember this in your daily lives....and take it with you to pay forward to others. This bit of advice came to me in a vision and I have lived it ever since.

Say what you mean and mean what you say in all things. This way, at the end of every given day no one ever doubts where you stand on any subject....especially you.

Believe that to think it means it is. Do not allow yourself to wallow in fear and self pity. Get up, get a move on and find strength where you think there is none. Allowing another to bully your energy is on you, not on them. Being wise in all things, even the little things, is important in the eyes of a child. They will emulate everything you do. Don't allow anyone to take from you your Spirit given right to be what you want to be....the time is now to begin your trek. Look for the path to light up in front of you when you believe that it will.

Christmas is a time for gifts and presents. Mostly we buy only new items and give only new ones. Occasionally someone gives us something we don't much like, a tie or scarf maybe, and we give it on in turn to someone else who may like it better.

Our whole way of life favors the new over the used, the fresh over the stale, the unloved over the pre-loved, the first hand over the second hand, today over yesterday. Our whole bodies have to be maintained not to look one day older than can possibly be helped, and one of the most insulting things you can say to someone is that they look their age. Is this because we think babies are top of the pile and oldies at the bottom? Are we that scared of aging and dying? Do we pretend to believe in higher and more eternal truths while our actions betray our real bondage to the cult of appearances and of youth? Yes to all the above, and that's just the way it is, for now at least.

In the material world we compete for everything, including love, dates, relationships, schooling and happiness. Those richest in money, contacts, charm and looks tend to win, and they get the trophy spouse, the cute kids bought up by nannies, the dinner party "A list" invitations and the provisional validation that fame or fortune offer. The rest of us have to put up with the seconds. So, for the rest of us, it becomes more important to be able to choose seconds well than to choose firsts, as we are hardly ever going to secure any firsts except in dreams. In fact, that's what dreams are for, in our present state of material society.

Most relationships between men and women in real life, in western societies, have only a limited life. Many people marry and still more people partner for a second time. A person who was unattainable as a first when we were a little younger may be in reach as a second. We could maybe never afford a new Porsche or Ferrari but maybe we can manage one ten years old. Quite a few of us would rather drive an old Porsche than a new (say) Proton. So the next time you feel a pang of jealousy for a thing or person you covet but cannot have, think to yourself, maybe I will be able to get this the second time around. And you will be able to. Because not that many people are competing with you but the desired item is just the same as when it was a first except it has gotten a little more experience, and so has proven itself.

"Small Changes"

Welcome to 2010! As I look at these numbers I am reminded that this year will bring lots of changes. Many of them will be calming and comforting changes to a world weary of too much chaos and uncertainty. We as a people, who are stewards of Mother Earth, are growing in wisdom and knowledge of just how strong and capable we truly are now. This year will show thousands, if not millions, of us just exactly why we were put in charge of this planet.

Many people naturally speak of New Year’s Resolutions they plan to put into effect into their lives in January, and indeed, many do make these changes. But for most people, the living of life intrudes and soon the list is put aside for later or forgotten. Maybe those resolutions, which are admirable, weren't such a good idea after all.... We humans are such creatures of habit and daily living comes first. Sometimes, getting from sunrise to sunset is all we can muster. It's normal and life must go on, but...

What I'd like to suggest is trying for small changes. Changes you can do for just one month. You can make a list putting things like: I'm going to lose weight, start exercising, quit smoking, live within my means... etc. But Salome suggests instead… making a list such as this:

I will be the person that knows deep inside who I truly am. I will work on doing what I should do when it needs doing. I will welcome opportunities to meet new people and situations. I will live my life with honesty and integrity. I will treat others with respect and compassion.

There are a lot of wills on that list aren't there? Five to be exact. I will, I will, I will, I will, I will! So! Are you willing to will yourself to do these? It's not hard, but there are some helping tricks and techniques you can use to bolster your will.

When you take a bath or shower, scrub the backs of your legs and arms with a loofah or sponge. Shamans teach that our past is carried in the backs of our arms and legs, especially upper arms and thighs. Yes, it's logged in our cells but if you do just this one thing everyday you'll be amazed at how fast good changes come. It can be very soothing and satisfying to know you're doing something positive for yourself and it doesn't cost anything except effort and the price of a loofah or sponge. Please don't scrub too hard, just scrubbing your skin normally will do. We don't want you bringing about change and having raw sore skin at the same time. This is not a case where one says 'If a little bit is good, isn't a lot more really great?' Nooooo. Just scrub nicely and like you would if you were trying to get clean. It does help to focus on what you're doing and why though. That is good.

The next trick is to find yourself a 'Change Rock' and carry it with you in your pocket or purse. It does not have to be a fancy crystal, just a rock. Steer clear of any cement aggregate rocks as they are manmade. We want natural here. You can find a small stone, perhaps a quarter size or smaller along the road, or maybe find one in your yard. Anywhere. Just intend in your mind you want one and they fairly jump out at you. Maybe you already have a small crystal in your possession but I've found it's really fun to go seeking outside and see the rock person who responds to you, or calls to you. Shape doesn't matter, nor color, just one that is intended for assisting you with effecting change. When you find it; take it home and wash it with liquid dish soap and warm running water, rinse well, then dry it off. You thought I'd say with sea salt and water didn't you? Nope. Don't make this too hard or too detailed. Just intend to find your change rock, let it call you and then pick it up. Say thanks and if you're into leaving an offering, such as tobacco or sage, do that but it's not necessary. Take it home wash it and then hold it in your hands. Talk to it. Tell it you need it to help you make changes. You'll find it responds. It may even vibrate, but if not that is okay. It will work. Now put it in your pocket or purse and take it with you and see what happens. This is one of the easiest ways of beginning to work with the Stone People there is and it is fun!

If you are familiar with Runes, use a DAGAZ rune and carry it with you. Trace the outline of the symbol with your finger and focus on the energy of DAGAZ which is Change and Transformation, whenever you hold it and use it. My daughter, Shelley Ann, refers to the DAGAZ rune as the "Hold onto the OMG bar in your Jeep because you're going for a ride rune!" I agree. DAGAZ has the WUNJO rune, and the GIFU rune within it. Wujno means 'to win' and Gifu means 'equal energy exchange'.

If you are unfamiliar with the Runes now may be the time to begin a study of them. Unlike other forms of energy, the Runes are based on the energy of nature and are already in concordance with us. They are powerful and natural. Runes are in everyday life, in trees, soil, stones, leaves, within us, etc. We vibrate to these energies so using a DAGAZ rune will really help you make changes. You can get rune sets on the net or make your own. Even a DAGAZ rune drawn on a Post It note will work. It's the energy in the lines you are looking to work with. You can carry it with you as well, just like your stone. A favorite trick of Salome's is to draw a rune on a Post It note and place it behind my driver's license picture. Works every time!

Next, focus on your Tenth Chakra. The Tenth Chakra is our 'Spiritual Heart' chakra. Its way above your head and the color is a bright, bright beautiful etheric blue. It sparkles brightly and resonates with our Heart Chakra inside our bodies. Not only that; but the color blue also resonates with our Throat Chakra. Throat Chakra is OUR WILL chakra. Clear knowing.

Lastly do a house clearing with sage smudge. Salome will be doing this with her home on New Year’s Day. It's so easy, just make sure you open a window slightly and then go to the right all around your home, smudge windows, door frames, mirrors, pictures. The Deva of the sage will guide you as you go. Always be sure you go to the RIGHT. A good place to start is at the front door. Then walk to the right all around your home, each room in sequence. You can use loose sage on a charcoal block but a sage wand is much easier. Be sure you hold a fireproof plate underneath the smudge as you walk. Yes it smells like sage and many stick up their noses but its sacred, this smudge, and has been used for thousands of years to clear. I always run a little dribble of tap water to put the sage smudge wand out afterwards to make sure it's out. Safety first, do not leave it burning unattended. Put it out after you use it.

After you smudge, then open your doors and windows to let the air flow. There is a wonderful little book called 'Sacred Sage How It Works', by Silver Wolf Walks Alone. It is a classic and worth buying. Most health food stores carry sage wands nowadays, if you need to find some this time of year.

Make just a small change for one month and if you try a few of these things that I've suggested, you'll find you're getting a lot of help in changing what you'd like to change.

The year of 2010 just by its very nature really does feel better. There is smoother energy coming in here overall. Move your furniture if you wish, clean out a drawer. Make huge lists if you want but you don't have to. Start small. Go for the "I will" list just for the month of January and I promise you that it will be the beginning of a good year for you.

Please pray for me to receive strength as I take charge of my life. I need confidence and self esteem in a big way! I've been involved in abusive victim relationships; and am seeing how what used to feel like me and what I was always told was me, was just how it felt to be abused. I am breaking out of that now but need to get stronger and need the fears of not being allowed to be strong, confident and in control to go. It's a total shift of perspective for me, which thank God I am finally beginning to see for myself.
